Verm-X for Horses and Ponies is available in a powder, liquid and pellet formulation. All forms are equally effective, offering three different application options depending on your parasite control program. Verm-X powder and pellets are fed every 10-12 weeks while Verm-X liquid is fed for three days each month. When using Verm-X, parasite tests should be performed 21 days after the last day Verm-X is fed. Pasture Management It is crucial that all grazed paddocks, particularly used for horses, undergo vigilant pasture management. The life-cycle of internal parasites involves eggs being passed out with the droppings. The eggs hatch and the larvae are then eaten on the grass by the grazers. Picking up droppings will help but it is not the full answer. Paddocks should ALWAYS have periods of rest for several weeks at different times of the year. Infested pastures, that may not be apparent, will prevent any parasite control management program from being effective over a period of time. Parasite control methods under these conditions may show a reduction of infestation in the horse immediately after use but after a short period the parasite burden may soon be increased when grazing infested pastures.

How do I feed Verm-X Powder for Horses and Ponies?
A 15ml scoop is supplied in every pack. Add two 15ml scoops to your horse’s feed each day for five consecutive days. Repeat every 12 weeks. Daily amounts can be fed in one or two feeds. 80g is the amount needed for one 5 day course.
Use half the stated amount for ponies 11.2hh and smaller miniature breeds.

How do I feed Verm-X Liquid for Horses and Ponies?
Add 25ml per day for three consecutive days each month. Add to your horse’s feed or drinking water a measuring cup is supplied with every pack. A 250ml bottle will last one horse over 3 months.

How do I feed Verm-X Pellets for Horses and Ponies?
Feed two scoops - 50g (25g scoop enclosed) per day for 5 consecutive days. Repeat every 10-12 weeks. Verm-X Pellets for Horses can be fed directly to the horse, or added to feed. Ponies 11.2hh or smaller can be fed half the amount - one 25g scoop per day for 5 consecutive days.
Verm-X Horse Pellets is available in 3 sizes: - Single Horse/Pony 250g, Three Horse/Pony 750g, and Six Horse/Pony 1.5kg.
