By signing up for the YOUR SITE NAME affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Welcome To Our Affiliate Program! It's easy to sign-up and requires no technical knowledge. Affiliate programs allow website and non-website owners an affordable way to make money and not have to stock inventory within their store. Affiliates generate traffic and sales to our websites and in return receive a commission payment on every sale. As a Verm-X USA affiliate, you make the sales and we do the rest. How Does It Work? When you join our affiliate program, you will be supplied with a range of banners and textual links that you place within your site. When a user clicks on one of your links, they will be brought to our website and their activity will be tracked by our affiliate software. If that customer makes a sale from your lead, you will then earn a commission based on your commission type for each sale you make. It's that simple! A WEBSITE IS NOT REQUIRED in order to become an affiliate. For affiliates who do not have a website, each affiliate is assigned a linking code. Place your linking code into in an email to family and friends or hand out on business card for customers to visit our Verm-X USA website to place an order and watch your account balance grow as your visitors become our customers. Customers must make a sale off our website from your lead in order for you to receive a commission. So be sure to provide customers with your correct linking code. Requirements to become a Affiliate: 1.Affiliates must have a active PayPal account in order to receive payment for sales. 2. Affiliates must have a valid email address. "Junior Affiliates" will make 10% commission for each sale they deliver of accumulated sales up to $5000. Once a junior affiliate reaches accumulated sales over $5000, the affiliate will be promoted to "Senior Affiliate" earning 15% for every sale they deliver. All affiliates that make minimum of $2000 sales per year are exempt from the annual membership fee. Do I have to Stock inventory of your Product and fill Orders? No. You simply sell the product by sharing the links and banners we provide for you on your website, email or any other method you choose to send customers to purchase off our site. We will then process their order, package and ship it to the customer. You simply earn a commission based on your commission type for each sale you make. There are no hassles of keeping of with inventory, processing orders, etc. You simply sell the product, we take care of the rest. Sign Up Membership Fee There is a $300.00 sign up fee. This fee covers expenses needed to pay our employees to process and package orders, advertising, video training and digital media provided for affiliate members. If you make $2000 in sales within your first year your sign up fee will be refunded to you. Likewise, all affiliates that reach $2000 sales per year are exempted from the annual $300.00 membership fee. We strive on providing excellent customer service and ask that our members do the same. Login 24 hours a day to check your sales, traffic, account balance and see how your banners are performing. Program Details: Commission Type:Pay-Per-Sale 10% for each sale you deliver. Payout Requirements:$100.00 USD - Minimum balance required for payout. Payout Duration: Payments are made once per month, for the previous month.
